These terms apply to the use of this website and to vehicles bought from Trent Valley Motors Ltd of 10 Westville, Loughborough Road, West Bridgford, Nottingham, NG2 7LB. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Vehicle listings

We take care to describe every vehicle accurately, including mileage, specification and condition. Listings are provided in good faith but do not form part of a contract. Photographs are of the actual vehicle unless clearly stated otherwise. Errors and omissions are excepted, and we reserve the right to correct any mistake in a price or description before a sale is concluded.

Stock changes frequently. A vehicle appearing on this site is not a guarantee that it remains available.

Prices

All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. We do not charge administration, documentation or preparation fees. Optional extras such as extended warranties or delivery are quoted separately and are only charged when you have agreed to them.

Reservations and deposits

A vehicle can be reserved with a deposit, which takes it off sale for an agreed period. The deposit is deducted from the purchase price on completion. If you decide not to proceed, the deposit is refundable in full provided you tell us within the agreed reservation period. If we are unable to supply the vehicle for any reason, your deposit is refunded in full.

Warranty

Every vehicle is supplied with a three month parts and labour warranty as standard, with six and twelve month upgrades available at additional cost. Full warranty terms, including what is and is not covered, are provided in writing before purchase. The warranty is in addition to, and does not replace, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Your right to reject

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 a vehicle must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If it is not, you have a short-term right to reject it within 30 days of taking delivery. Where a vehicle is purchased at a distance without you having seen it, you may also have a 14 day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Part exchange

Any part exchange valuation we give is based on the information you provide and is subject to physical inspection. We may revise the figure if the vehicle differs materially from your description, if there is undisclosed damage, or if outstanding finance was not declared. You must have the legal right to sell the vehicle and must disclose any finance outstanding against it.

Finance

Trent Valley Motors Ltd is a credit broker and not a lender. We can introduce you to a limited number of lenders and may receive a commission for doing so, the nature of which will be disclosed to you before you commit. Finance is subject to status and affordability checks. Applicants must be 18 or over and resident in the UK. Failure to keep up repayments may result in the vehicle being repossessed. Written quotations are available on request.

Any monthly figures shown on this website are indicative estimates generated by our calculator for guidance only. They are not a quotation and do not constitute an offer of credit.

Website use

The content of this site is owned by us and provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not scrape, republish or systematically extract our listings without written permission. We aim to keep the site available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any matter where it would be unlawful to do so. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
