Common questions

Do you take cars with outstanding finance?
Yes, and it's very common. We'll get a settlement figure from your lender and pay them directly. If your car is worth more than the settlement, the difference comes off the price of your new one. If it's worth less, the shortfall can usually be added to your new finance agreement.
What if my car has a few faults?
That's fine — almost every part exchange has something. Scuffed alloys, a warning light, service overdue: just tell us up front and we'll factor it in. We would much rather know beforehand than surprise you with a reduced offer on the day.
Will you take my car if I am not buying one from you?
Sometimes, yes — see our sell your car page. We buy outright as well as in part exchange, though the figure for a straight purchase is usually a little lower.
How long does the valuation take?
If you send the details online we usually reply the same working day. If you drive in, we'll normally have a figure for you within about twenty minutes while you have a look round the forecourt.
